Soaking showers overnight, rain likely before noon Friday

Expect showers and possibly a thunderstorm overnight, according to the National Weather Service.

The chance of precipitation is 100 percent tonight, and the low is expected to be around 46.

Friday's forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of rain and possibly a thunderstorm before noon. It will be cloudy, the gradually become sunny. The high will be near 50.

Temperatures are expected to plunge below freezing Friday night, with a low around 30, under clear skies.

Saturday will be sunny, with a high near 56. Expect another cold night as the overnight low is expected to drop to 34.

Sunny weather is expected for Sunday, with a high near 63 and an overnight low around 46.
